Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
3 lb Octupus cooked cut small 1/4 c Fennel loosley packed
1 c Rice wine vinegar Lemon juice to taste
2 c Olive oil 1 tb Ginger
1 1/2 c Red peppers sliced 2 tb Garlic minced
1 1/2 c Green peppers sliced 2 tb Shallots
combine all ingredients in a ss bowl and refrigerate for 12 hours.
