1 Chicken;cut-up fryer; 1 tb Salt
2 c Flour;sifted 2 tb Pepper
3 Egg;whipped; 1 tb Pepper;white
3 c Crackers;crushed saltine 1/3 c White Worcestershire
2 tb Poultry Seasoning 1 c Vegetable Oil
Combine flour, poultry seasoning, salt, and peppers in a bowl.
Whip eggs in another bowl. Crush crackers in a third bowl.
Coat each piece of chicken in flour, then egg, cracker crumbs, and
again in flour.
Pour oil into frying pan (two may be used for 6 or more servings);
heat to about 350F. Add chicken, cover, fry for 15 minutes. Turn
chicken; pour white Worcestershire over chicken, cover and cook
another 10 - 15 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through.
