Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

"A friend of mine gave me 8 c Old fashioned oats
-this recipe, which was a 5 c Tomato juice
-favorite 3 lg Onions, chopped
At 4-H camp." - Joanne Shew 1/3 c Salt
40 lb Ground beef 2 T Pepper
16 ea Eggs, lightly beaten

---------------------------SAUCE--------------------------------
3 c Water 2 T Prepared mustard
1 1/2 c Ketchup 2 T Brown sugar
6 T Vinegar

Combine beef, eggs, oats, tomato juice, onions, salt and pepper. Form
into 16 loaves. Place in 9x5x3" loaf pans. Combine sauce
ingredients; pour 3 Tbsp. over each loaf. Bake at 350 degrees for 1
1/2 to 2 hours or until no pink remains, basting once with remaining
