Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

Preheat oven to 450deg. 9 ea Square pan

-----------------------STIR TOGETHER----------------------------
3 t Vegetable oil Press into pan.
3 c Coarsely shredded raw Bake 15 min

1 c Grated cheddar cheese -choice.
3/4 c Cooked diced 1/4 c Chopped onion
-(chicken,ham,tuna fish or 1 c Cooked veggies(your

------------------------IN BOWL:MIX-----------------------------
1 c Milk Bake 30 min.
2 ea Eggs Allow to cool 5 min before
1/2 t Salt -serving.
1/8 t Pepper Serves 4-6.
