1 c Tortilla chips; crushed
2 c Rice; cooked
1 c Kidney beans; drained
1 1/2 lb Fillets; cut into 1" strips
1 c Salsa
1/2 c Monterey jack cheese; shredd
1/2 c Onions; chopped
3 oz Tortilla chips; for serving
