Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

3 lb Ground beef, extra lean 1 cn Tomato sauce -- 15 oz.
1 lg Chopped onion 1 cn Olive -- ripe 4 oz chopped
1 pk Longhorn cheese -- 12 oz 1 cn Salsa -- 4 oz chopped
Grated 24 ea Hard rolls

Brown ground beef and onion together; drain. Add remaining ingredients
excepts rolls. Pinch bread out of center of rolls; fill with the beef
mixture. Wrap each roll in foil. Bake at 350 deg. for 30 min. Yield:
24 sandwiches.
