Judy Garnett 1/2 ts Ginger
1/2 c Orange juice 1/2 ts Salt
1/4 c Green onions; thinly sliced 1/8 ts Pepper
1 tb Lemon juice 4 Halibut steaks; 1 inch thick
1 tb Vegetable oil

1 tb Orange juice 1 ts Cornstarch
-----------------------FOR GARNISHING----------------------------
2 tb Green onions; sliced thin Orange slices
In small bowl, stir orange juice, green onions, lemon juice, oil,
ginger, salt and pepper until blended. In a 12x8x2 inch microwavable
baking dish, arrange Halibut steaks in one layer. Pour liquid
ingredients for baking over the fish. Cover tightly with plastic
wrap, turning one corner back. Microwave at 50% power for 10 to 11
minutes or until fish flakes easily and is no longer pink at tips of
bone, rotatiang dish 1/4 turn every 3 minutes. Transfer fish to
serving platter, cover tightly with foil and let stand for 5 minutes.
Meanwhile in a 1 cup glass measuring cup, mix orange juice and
cornstarch until smooth. Stir in cooking liquid left in baking dish.
Microwave, uncovered, at 100% power for 1 to 2 minutes or until
thickened. Pour over fish and garnish with green onions and orange
