1/2 c Semisweet chocolate chips 1 pk Puff pastry, frozen
1/2 c Walnuts or pecans (17 1/4 oz) (2 sheets)

1/3 c Sugar 1 Egg
1 ts Cinnamon 1 ts Water

Preparation Time: 0:35 1. Preheat oven to 375°F. In a small bowl, mix
together chocolate chips, nuts, sugar, and cinnamon. 2. On alightly
floured pastry cloth, using a rolling pin, roll each puff pastry
sheet into a 14 x 11-inch rectangle. Sprinkle each sheet with half of
chocolate-nut mixture, spreading to within 1/2 inch of edges. Roll up
dough from long side, jelly-roll fashion. 3. In a cup, beat together
egg and water. Brush over top of rolls. With a sharp knife, cup rolls
crosswise into 1-inch pieces. Separate pieces and place 1-inch apart
on ungreased baking sheets. 4. Bake 13 to 15 mins, or until tops are
golden. Let cool 5 mins on pans, then loosen and remove to racks to
let cool completely.
