2 sm Cloves garlic, minced 1 T + 2 tsp. Molly McB Natural
1 1/3 c Skim milk, divided -Butter flavor sprinkles
2 t All purpose flour 4 c Hot cooked fettuccine
2 T Fat free cream cheese 2 t Chopped fresh parsley
1 c Grated Parmesan cheese Freshly ground pepper
In medium saucepan, combine minced garlic and 1 cup skim milk. Bring
to a boil. Reduce heat to simmer. Stir in flour and remaining 1/3
cup milk. Continue stirring for about 2 minutes until thickened. Add
fat free cream cheese. Whisk vigorously until smooth Cook for 2
minutes. Add grated Parmesan cheese; whisk until smooth. Remove from
heat. Stir in Molly McButter. Pour the sauce over hot cooked
fettuccine. Garnish with fresh parsley and black pepper. (Makes 4 1
cup servings) * 66% less fat than a regular Fettucine Alfredo recipe.
Fat content has been reduced from 15 g to 5g per serving. Calories
