4 lb Chuck roast 1/2 c Water
1 tb Paprika 10 sm Whole onions
Salt and pepper 10 sm Carrots, halved
2 tb Oil 2 cn Tomato sauce, 8 oz.
Sprinkle meat with paprika, salt and pepper. Brown in oil in a Dutch
oven. Add water; cover and simmer for 1 1/2 hours or until meat is
tender. Arrange vegetables around the meat; pour in tomato sauce.
