2 lb Large shrimp, peeled and 1 ts Dry mustard
Deveined 2 ts Salt
1/2 c Corn oil 1/4 ts Pepper
1/4 c Chopped parsley 4 Cloves garlic, minced
2 tb Lemon juice
1) Place shrimp in bowl. Combine oil, parsley, lemon juice, mustard,
salt, pepper, and garlic in separate bowl; pour over shrimp and
marinade for 30 minutes.
2) Preheat broiler.
3) Place shrimp and marinade in shallow pan. Broil 4-in from heat
source for 5 minutes. Turn shrimp and broil for 5 minutes more.
4) Remove shrimp from oven, and serve at once.
