2 lg Tomatoes
2 tb Freshly grated Parmesan
-cheese
2 tb Light mayonnaise
1 tb Chopped fresh parsley
1 tb Chopped green onion
1 ts Dijon mustard
1/4 ts Dried oregano
1/4 ts Each salt and pepper
Core and cut each tomato into 3 thick slices; arrange in shallow
greased baking dish.
Stir together Parmesan, mayonnaise, parsley, onion, mustard, oregano,
salt and pepper; spread over tomatoes. Bake in 400øF oven for about
