1 c Uncooked rice 1 ts Vanilla extract
1 qt Milk 1/2 c Raisins
8 tb Butter 5 Eggs (beaten)
3/4 c Sugar 1 ts Cinnamon
Combine rice and milk. Bring to a boil, cover and cook over low heat
until rice is tender and has absorbed most of the milk. Add butter,
sugar, vanilla, raisins and eggs. Turn into a buttered 2-quart
casserole dish. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes.
Serves 6-8.
