Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

1 Egg -- slightly beaten ds Pepper
1/4 c Water 1/4 c Chopped onion
2 sl Diet bread -- in soft 1 lb Ground beef
Crumbs 2 oz Shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 ts Oregano 1/2 c Pizza sauce
1/2 ts Salt Sliced mushrooms (optional)

Combine first 7 ingredients in large bowl, and let stand 5 minutes.
Add beef; mix well. Pat into 9" pie plate to form crust. Top with
1/2 of the cheese, pizza sauce and mushrooms. Bake in 350^ oven 45
minutes. Top with remaining cheese; bake 5 minutes. Remove to serving
platter, using two spatulas. Weight Watchers: Each Serving = 2 oz.
