4 Chicken breast halves 1/2 ts Rosemary
-skinned, boned and 1/2 ts Thyme
-patted dry 1/4 ts Garlic powder
3/4 c Buttermilk 1/4 ts Onion powder
3 tb Grated Parmesan cheese 1/4 ts Black pepper
1/2 c Dry bread crumbs
Cover a baking sheet with foil and lightly coat with nonstick cooking
spray. In a shallow dish, combine all ingredients except chicken and
buttermilk. In a separate dish, dip chicken in buttermilk, then roll
in dry mixture and place on baking sheet. Bake at 400-degrees for 35
to 40 minutes, until golden brown.
