2 oz Semi sweet chocolate 1 1/2 c Flour
1/2 c Peanut butter 1/2 ts Baking soda
1/2 c Brown sugar 1 pk (170gram) white chocolate,
1/4 c Butter -chopped
1/4 c Milk 1/2 c Pecans, chopped
1 ea Egg
Melt the semi sweet chocolate, add the peanut butter, sugar and
butter, beating until creamy. Add milk and egg, continuing to beat.
Stir in the flour, soda, white chocolate chunks and the pecans. Drop
by tsps onto ungreased baking sheets, leaving about an inch between
cookies. Flatten slightly and bake in a 375F oven for 10-12 minutes.
Do NOT overbake. Cool on baking sheets for about 5 minutes, remove to
cooling racks. Makes about 1-1/2 dozen cookies. Origin: What's
