1/2 c Uncooked old-fashioned, OR 1 Portion Vanilla Dough
-quick-cooking oats -Basic Cookie Dough
1/4 c Raisins -recipe
1/4 c Creamy peanut butter
Mix ingredients throughly into dough. Roll into an 8-inch log and
slice into 16 pieces. roll each round into a ball and put on
ungreased cookie sheets 1 inch apart. Flatten each with a fork,
making crisscross marks. Bake 10 to 12 min. at 350degF, until golden
on bottom. Remove to a wrie rack to cool.
Per cookie: 93 cal, 2 g pro, 10 g car, 5 g fat, 11 mg chol with
butter, 3 mg chol with margarine, 35 mg. sod Exchanges: 1/4
starch/bread, 1/4 fruit, 1 fat.
