4 x Tuna cutlets (steaks)
---------------------------SAUCE--------------------------------
1/4 c Fresh orange juice 1 ts Grated lemon rind (zest)
1/3 c Soy sauce 1 cl Garlic, crushed
2 tb Chopped parsley 1 ts Garam masala
1 tb Lemon juice
Combine all above ingredients in a shallow container, put 4 tuna
cutlets into the container, making sure the sauce is on all parts of
the cutlets. Marinate for 3 hours. Grill and baste with marinade
while grilling. About 3 mins. for each side. Serve with green salad
tossed in lemon juice and honey.
