1 lb Sirloin steak 2 tb Vegetable oil
1 tb Soy sauce 2 sl Tomatoes
1/2 ts Seasoning salt 1 lg Onion; sliced
1 ts Habanero hot sauce 1/4 ts Oregano
In Spanish: Biftec Picante con Tomate al Estilo Panameno
Pound the sirloin and then rinse it under running water. Pat the
sirloin dry and place it in a large ceramic bowl.
Pour the soy sauce, seasoning salt, and pepper sauce over the steak
and marinate for 20 minutes.
In a medium skillet, heat the oil and brown the steak on both
sides. Add the tomato slices, onion, and oregano and simmer for 15
minutes.
