Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

Grated parmazan cheese

Grate block parmazan on hand grater so that its long strands. Place
small ammounts like cookies on to cookie sheet. Shaping with your
fingers delicately so as not to break the cheese strands. Bake in 350
oven 7 to 10 minutes.

remove from oven and lift each from sheet immediately and put over a
rolling pin and shape. Let cool then use for decoration. P.S. As seen
on the T.V. cooking with the C.I.A. program. Can use dry jack cheese
or goat cheese.
