2 c Uncooked pasta nuggets 28 oz Can whole tomatoes, cut up
-(radiatore) -undrained
2 ts Olive oil or oil 15 oz Can chick peas, rinsed
1 c Thinly sliced onions 1 ts Dried oregano leaves
1 cl Garlic, minced
Cook pasta to desired doneness; drain and keep warm. heat oil in large
nonstick skillet until hot. Add onions and garlic; cook and stir
about 6 minutes or until onion is tender. Add tomatoes, beans and
oregano; mix well. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer 5-10 minutes
to blend flavors. Serve over pasta. If desired, sprinkle with
shredded Parmesan cheese.

chol., 450mg sod., 720mg pot., 2 1/2 starch, 1/2 lean meat, 2
