6 Frozen Gourmet's Choice Hash Non-stick Cooking Spray
-Brown Patties, thawed and 1 c Frozen Gourmet's Choice
-crumbled -Sliced Peaches, thawed and
8 sl Haugin's Farm Brand Thick -sliced 1/4" thick
-Sliced Bacon 8 sl Schwan's American Processed
1/3 c Onions, chopped fine -Cheese, cubed
1/4 ts Pepper
Thaw crumble hash brown patties. Prepare bacon in skillet over
medium heat; drain. In large bowl combine thawed patties, crumbled
bacon, chopped onion and pepper. Spray a 10", clean, oven-proof
skillet* with non-stick cooking spray. Place potato mixture in
skillet and heat over medium heat 10 minutes or until golden brown on
bottom. Press with spatula occasionally. Invert potato mixture onto
flat cookie sheet sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Slide
potatoes back into skillet and continue cooking 5 to 10 minutes or
until golden brown on bottom. Heat broiler. Meanwhile, arrange peach
slices over potato mixture and sprinkle cheese on top. Broil 4 to 6"
from heat source until cheese is bubbly and starts to brown. Cut
into wedges to serve.
Makes 6 servings.
NOTE: *Wrap handle of skillet in double layer of foil to make
oven-proof.
