See below ingredients and instructions of the recipe
1 Onion; finely chopped 28 oz Tomatoes; drained chopped
Olive oil 1/2 c Roasted red peppers; chopped
3 cl Garlic; finely chopped 1 1/2 lb Cheddar cheese; chopped
1/2 lb Ham; chopped 1 qt Milk
1/2 lb Escarole; coarsely chopped 1/2 ts Salt
1 c Parsley; chopped 1 ts Pepper
1 lb Penne; cooked al dente 1/2 c Parmesan; grated
In frying pan, saute onion in olive oil. Add garlic, ham, escarole
and parsley and saute until slightly limp. In large casserole dish,
toss onion mixture with next four ingredients. In large pan, heat
milk, salt and pepper to boiling. Pour milk over pasta mixture and
sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 for 30 to 45 minutes.
