1 lg Green pepper
1 tb Olive oil
3 tb Soy sauce
3 tb Water
2 tb Brown sugar
1 pk Frozen peas (10 oz)
1 1/2 c Cooked brown rice
Cut up green pepper and saute over medium heat in olive oil until the
pepper begins to soften. Stir in soy sauce, water, and brown sugar.
Stir until sugar melts and sauce is well blended. Add frozen peas and
cooked brown rice. Stir and simmer until all ingredients are hot.
