Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
1 tb Olive oiil 1/3 c Pesto sauce
1/2 lb Chicken breasts; skin, bone 1 12" pizza crust
Cut 1/2" pieces 1 1/2 c Mozarella; shred -- divide
1/4 ts Oregano 1 Plum tomato -- diced
1/4 ts Salt 1/4 ts Crushed red pepper
Preheat oven to 450~. Heat oil and add chicken pieces, oregano and
salt; cook just until no longer pink, about 5 minutes. Spread pesto
over crust; sprinkle with 1 c cheese; Top with tomatoes, chicken, 1/2
c more cheese and red pepper. Bake 10 minutes. Per Slice: 305 Cal, 4
gr Fat.
