Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
1 Pie crust (regular or graham 1 1/2 ts Cornstarch
-cracker) 1 ts Vanilla
1 lb Tofu, cut up and drained 1 1/4 c Drained vrushed pineapple
1 1/2 tb Oil 3/4 c Shredded unsweetened coconut
1/3 c Plus 2 tbsp honey
Tofu makes this a healthy dessert without sugar. Great for people on
restricted diets.
Blend well all ingredients. Bake at 350 F for 20-30 minutes. Let
cool to set.
