See below ingredients and instructions of the recipe
1 tb Tamari or low sodium soy 1 lb Lean flank steak, cut in
Sauce 2 "cubes
2 tb Water 1/2 Red bell pepper, cut in 1"
1 tb Sherry Chunks
1 cl Garlic, crushed 1 cn (8oz) pineapple chunks,
1 tb Apple juice concentrate Unsweetened, juice reserved
KABOBS: 8 md Mushrooms
Marinate steak in combined marinade ingredients 1-2 hours or more,
turning occasionally. Thread steak, peppers, pineapple and mushrooms
on skewers. Grill on preheated grill about 10 minutes or until
desired doneness, basting with marinade. Serve on rice.
Variation: Substitute hot salsa for the marinade.
Carolyn's note: The original recipe never said what to do with the
pineapple juice.
