Main Ingredients:
1 lb. lean ground beef
2 onions, chopped
1/2 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
1 can tomato soup, undiluted
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. minced garlic
1/4 c. oil
8 English muffins
Mozzarella cheese
Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
Brown beef, onions and garlic. Add rest of ingredients except for mozzarella cheese. Spread mixture on muffins and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese. Broil until brown. Serves 8-12.
