1 lb Ground beef 1/4 ts Pepper
2 ea Tomato soup (10 3/4 oz each) 6 oz Noodles, cooked
1/2 ts Garlic salt 1/4 c Grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 ts Oregano 1/4 lb Grated Cheddar cheese
1/2 ts Onion salt
Brown meat. If desired, add green pepper and onion probably about
1/2 cup each); saute with meat. Drain. Add soup and spices; simmer
about 15 minutes over low heat. Cook noodles according to package
direcions until done; drain. Grease a 13 by 9 inch pan. Place noodles
in bottom of pan. Pour meat sauce over noodles. Sprinkle cheeses on
top. If desired, arrange mushrooms over cheeses. You can use either
canned or fresh. Cover with foil and bake 35 minutes in moderate (350
degree) oven. Remove foil and bake another 10 minutes. Cool a
little and cut into servings.
