1 1/2 c Cooked quinoa Finely chopped
2 tb Walnuts or pecans 2 Mint leaves, minced
Finely chopped 1/3 c Extra-virgin olive oil
2 tb Hazelnuts 3 tb Lemon juice
Finely chopped 1 ts Black pepper
2 tb Pistachio nuts
Combine all the ingredients in a mixing bowl and let stand until
ready to use as a stuffing or side dish.
