2 c WATER
1 ea (13 OZ) PKG. CHICKEN
-FLAVORED RAMEN NOODLES
1 ts BUTTER
1/4 c FINELY CHOPPED CELERY
1/4 c SHREDDED CARROTS
1/4 c THINLY SLICED GREEN ONIONS
1 tb FINELY CHOPPED GREEN PEPPER
1 ts LEMON JUICE
1 ts SOY SAUCE
2 tb MAYONNAISE
Bring water to a boil. Crumble noodles, and add to water; stir in
seasoning packet. Return to a boil, and cook 2 minutes, stirring
often. Drain. Combine noodles and butter, stirring until butter
melts. Add celery and remaining ingredients, stirring gently to
coat. Cover and chill 3 to 4 hours. Yield 2 servings.
