16 oz Cream cheese, softened
2 tb Milk
1 lb Fresh lump backfin crabmeat,
-cooked
1/4 c Worcestshire sauce
1/2 c Chopped scallions, including
-part of green tops
1/2 ts Salt
1/4 c Slivered almonds
Pepper to taste
Beat cream cheese with milk in bowl till smooth. Add crab meat,
Worcestershire sauce, green pepper, scallions, salt and pepper; mix
well. Spoon into small baking dish; top with almonds. Bake at 350
degrees for 15 minutes or until bubbly and heated through. Serve with
crackers and toasted bread rounds.
