1 lb French-style green beans 1 1/2 c Cider vinegar
10 oz Corn 1/2 c Water
10 oz Peas 1 c Sugar
1 lb Cabbage/coleslaw mix 1/4 c Canola oil
1 c Chopped onion 2 ts Salt
1 c Chopped celery 1 ts Pepper
Steam frozen vegetables(first group of 3 veggies) until crisp-tender,
approx 3 minutes. Combine with fresh veggies (second group of 3
veggies) In saucepan, combine dressing ingredients (vinegar, water,
sugar, oil, salt, pepper) and bring to boil. Cool for 5 minutes. Pour
over vegetables. Mix well. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Will
keep in frig several weeks. Makes approx. 30 1/2cup servings.
