1 1/2 ts SALT 1/2 c POWDERED DRY NONFAT MILK
1/2 ts PAPRIKA
DIP EACH PIECE OF CHICKEN IN WATER, THEN COAT WITH A MIXTURE OF PAPRIKA,
SALT, PEPPER AND FLOUR. PLACE SKIN SIDE DOWN IN A 9" X 13" X 2" BAKING
PAN. DOT PIECES WITH BUTTER. BAKE AT 3500F. FOR 30 MINUTES. MIX MILK WITH
HOT WATER AND POUR AROUND CHICKEN PIECES. BAKE 1 HOUR MORE.
