Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
1/2 c Olive oil 1 tb Sugar
2 ea Onions, chopped 1 ts Salt
4 ea Garlic cloves 1/2 ts Black pepper
2 lb Runner beans, trimmed 1 ts Basil
-- sliced 2 c Stock
1 lb Tomatoes, chopped
Heat oil in a pot fry the onion for 2 minutes. add garlic fry
together. Add the rest of the ingredients the seasonings. Mix together
well. Fry for 5 minutes. Add stock. Simer till the beans are tender.
Serve hot or cold.
