1 Onion; chopped 2 c Garbanzos; cooked
1 Garlic clove; chopped (opt) 2 c Brown rice; cooked
4 tb Vegetable oil Salt, pepper, other
2 c Tomatoes; crushed -seasonings to taste
Saute onion and garlic in oil. Add tomatoes and simmer for 15
minutes, uncovered. Add garbanzos, rice, salt, pepper and other
seasonings. Simmer for 10 minutes.
