2 tb Butter
1 tb Olive oil
1 md Onion, finely chopped
2 c Raw chicken, cubed
1 1/2 c MAHATMA Rice
2 ts Italian seasoning
2 1/2 c Water
1 Bay leaf
2 HERB-OX Chicken Flavor
-Bouillon Cubes or
2 ts HERB-OX Chicken Flavor
-Bouillon Instant Powder
4 tb Freshly grated Parmesan
-cheese
1 tb Finely chopped parsley
Heat butter and oil in a large saucepan. Saute the onion and chicken
for 3 minutes. Add rice and Italian seasoning, cook for 2 minutes.
Add HERB-OX Bouillon cubes/instant powder, water and bay leaf. Bring
to a boil. Stir once and lower heat to simmer. Cover and cook for 18
minutes until rice is creamy and liquid is absorbed. Remove bay leaf.
