1/4 c Mayonnaise 1/2 ts Caraway seeds (opt.)
3 tb Cider vinegar 1/4 ts Cracked black pepper
2 ts Sugar 2 c Finely sliced green cabbage
1/2 ts Salt 2 c Finely sliced red cabbage
1. In large bowl, combine mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, salt, caraway
seeds, if desired, and pepper. Add green and red cabbage; toss until
cabbage is well coated with mayonnaise mixture.
2. Cover tightly and refrigerate at least one hour before serving for
ingredients to marinate, to allow cabbage to soften, and for flavors
to blend.
