Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

1 ea Stick of butter 1/2 lb Swiss cheese (five slices)
1 ea Bunch of green onions (chop) 4 T Dry white wine
1 cn Evaporated milk 1 lb Crab meat

Saute green onions in butter til soft. Add flour.
Blen together and begin adding cream radually until sauce is smooth.
Add cheese, wine and seasonings (salt, pepper, and cayene pepper to
taste). Fold in crabmeat very gently.
