Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

3 c Chicken; cooked, diced Grapefruit sections
2 c Celeyr; diced Apples
1/2 c Chutney Pear halves
1 ts Salt Cherries
Salad greens Ginger, ground
Orange sections

-------------------CURRY FRENCH DRESSING------------------------
2/3 c Oil, salad; (or olive) 1/8 ts Pepper, white
3 tb Vinegar 1 ts Curry powder
1/4 ts Salt

Combine chicken, celery, chutney, salt, and Curry French Dressing.
Chill for several hours. Serve on salad greens surrounded with
fruits. Sprinkle pear halve with ground ginger.

Curry French Dressing: Beat ingredients together until well blended.
Yield: 3/4 cup.
