Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

1 1/4 c Flour 2/3 To 3/4 cup milk
1 Egg, beaten 1 ts Salt
2 ts Baking powder 1 tb Dried parsley flakes

(A topping for beef stew or Chicken-in-a-Pot) Turn CROCK-POT to H igh
while preparing dumplings.

Mix flour, baking powder, and salt. Beat in egg and milk. Drop by
teaspoonfuls in simmering stew or liquid. Sprinkle with parsley.
Cover and cook on High 1 hour. Turn to Low until serving time if
desired. Will hold well for 1 to 2 hours From Rival Crock-pot cook
