3/4 lb Boneless beef round steak, 1 lg Onion, cut into 1 inch
-trimmed and cubed -chunks
1 T Cooking oil 1 cn Chunky stewed tomatoes (14
4 md Unpeeled potatoes, cut into -1/2 oz.)
-1 inch cubes 3 T Quick cooking tapioca
5 md Carrots, cut into 1 1/2 1 t Browning sauce
-inch chunks 1/8-1/4 t Pepper
1 ea Rib Celery, cut into 1 inch 1 c Frozen peas
-chunks
In a Dutch oven, brown the steak in oil. Add the next 8 ingredients;
cover and bake at 300 degrees for 4-5 hours, stirring twice. Add the
peas during the last 30 minutes of baking. Serves 6. Diabetic
