Shredded 1/3 c Egg Beaters
1 md Zucchini, shredded 1/3 c Matzo meal
1 md Onion, grated 4 ts Low sod. soy sauce**
2 Egg whites
Drain vegetables very well. Combine with remaining ingredients. Cook
in a skillet sprayed with Pam until brown and crusty.
