4 Med onions; peeled and quart 1/2 ts Sage
1/4 c Chopped mushrooms 1/2 ts Basil
3 Tomatoes; peeled seeded chop 1 tb Minced celery leaves
1 Clove garlic; mashed through 1/4 c Defatted chicken or vegetabl
Toss all of the ingredients into a round, medium sized casserole dish and
combine well. Cover and microwave on full power until the onions are just
tender, about 5 minutes. Let the onions stand for 3 minutes before lifting
the cover nd serving. The onions are even tastier when reheated and eaten
the second day. Great as a side dish to turkey or roast pork. Printed in
