1 cn Sliced pineapple, reserve Liquid for use in sauce
Liquid for use in sauce Sauce:
1 cn Peach halaves, reserve 1 Stick of butter
Liquid for use in sauce 2 tb Flour, heaping TB
1 cn Pear halves, reserve liquid 1/2 c Brown sugar
For use in sauce 1 c Reserved fruit juices, mixed
1 Jar apple rings, reserve
Use a shallow long casserole dish. Arrange fruit in layers, with
apple rings on top. Cook sauce until thick and smooth. Pour hot
sauce over fruit. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake uncovered
at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, or until hot and bubbly. Randy Rigg
