Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
1 pk Frozen peas (thawed in cold 1 lg Head lettuce (shredded)
-water) 1 c Marie's creamy Italian
1 c Chopped onion -Garlic dressing
1 c Chopped celery 1 c Mayonnaise
1 c Chopped green pepper
Layer first five ingredients in clear glass bowl in order given. Mix
dressing and mayonnaise together then spread over layered ingredients.
Sprinkle to cover with grated sharp cheddar cheese. Sprinkle with
chopped or sliced hard boiled egg.
