1 lb Turnip, peeled, boiled 2 ea Green chilies, chopped
-- mashed 1/2 ts Cumin
2 tb Ghee 1 ts Garam masala
1/2 ts Grated ginger Salt
1 md Onion, finely chopped 1 pn Sugar
2 md Tomatoes, quartered 1 tb Cilantro
Heat ghee in a skillet. Saute ginger onion till golden. Add
tomatoes, chilies, cumin garam masala. Mix in turnip, add salt
blend.
Keep pan over moderate heat stir for about 10 minutes. Add sugar
blend again. Serve hot, topped with cilantro.
