See below ingredients and instructions of the recipe
1 C Bread crumbs 2 Eggs (slightly beaten)
3/4 C Onion, minced 2 T Horseradish
1/4 t Garlic powder 1 pn Salt
2 lb Meat, ground 1/4 C Milk or water
-(I often use 1 T Mustard, dry
-a combination of 3/4 C Catsup
-beef and lamb)
Combine all ingredients except for about 1/2 cup of the catsup. Place into
a loaf pan, or shape into a loaf on a baking sheet. Spread the reserved
catsup on top of the loaf. Bake at 400 degrees F. for 40 minutes.
NOTES:
* A nice, simple meatloaf -- This is the meatloaf my mother makes. Where
she got the recipe, who knows? Probably from her mother.... I think it's
the best meatloaf in the world (and I'm sure you think your meatloaf is the
best!). Yield: Serves 6.
