1 Garlic clove, peeled
Salt and pepper
3/4 c Buttermilk
1/4 c Mayonnaise
1 tb Minced parsley
2 ts Cider vinegar
1 ts Dry mustard
In a bowl, stir together the garlic and salt. Whisk in the buttermilk,
mayonnaise, parsley, cider vinegar, dry mustard, and salt and pepper
to taste. Dressing keeps, covered and chilled, 1 week.
Yield: 1 cup
