See below ingredients and instructions of the recipe
1/3 lb Green beans 2 cn Chunky tuna, drained
1/3 lb Baby potatoes French Dressing:
56 G. can rolled fillets of 1/4 c Olive oil
-anchovies, drained and 1 1/2 tb Lemon juice
-rinsed 1 ts White vinegar
1/3 c Black olives, halved 1 ts Seasoned pepper
12 Cherry tomatoes, halved 1 ts Chopped fresh thyme leaves
6 Lettuce leaves
Cut beans into 1 1/2 inch lengths. Boil, steam or microwave beans and
potatoes separately, until just tender; drain.
Slice potatoes, combine in a bowl with beans, anchovies,
olives,tomatoes, torn lettuce leaves and tuna.
Just before serving, toss lightly with dressing.
Dressing: Combine all ingredients in jar, shake well.
